For over 25 years C Wright & Son (Gedney) Ltd has been growing fine asparagus on the fertile Fenland silt near Spalding, South Lincolnshire.
From April to June the company supplies the
wholesale market and catering industry with
fresh green asparagus to be sold in high
quality retail outlets and farm shops and
served in restaurants across the UK.
The 40Ha of asparagus is picked, washed and video selected into four grades according to stem thickness, before being bunched, sleeved and packed ready for delivery.

potatoes
One of our main products is the potato, Maris Piper, Estima, and Marfona are grown for pre-packing. Maris Piper potatoes are also supplied to the frying market.
